I'm going to be competing in Sweden for the European Regional qualifier, assuming everything goes to plan.
Niko, the man on fire burpee is just a regular burpee with a lateral roll inserted just after hitting the ground. rep 1 roll right, rep 2 roll left. everything else is the same.
Miles, as far as recovery, my favorite method is submersion ice baths. This gets my legs fresher than anything else. Some say only 1 minute in at a time, but I think 8-10 is ideal. then to a hotub if possible, then straight to bed because your body will instantly want to sleep.
When it comes to lifting in France, good luck. The gyms are tough to come by and usually involve annoying restrictions. I don't know of anything personally in Rennes, but you'll have better luck searching through general sports facilities than crossfit/olympic specific gyms.anywherefithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12091994254084487624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5207664163068620797.post-797338444536264472010-04-14T16:03:22.819+02:002010-04-14T16:03:22.819+02:00Blair, great blog.

I look forward to following along once I am cleared to lift again(shoulder surgery). Keep up the great post and travels.

-andrewAndrew Clarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02796938360701244933noreply@blogger.com
