My box does this every Thurs...I love moderate days. My box does this every Thursday, and we work on mobility and additional skills/goats. It's how I got good at double unders, muscle ups, hand stand pushups, rope climbs, etc. <br /><br />Congrats on getting the bar muscle ups!
