WOD 2 – in the afternoon… Power Cleans 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 Thickbar Deadlift complex: 3 romanian, 6 conventional, 9 sumo Complete 4 rounds with rest. Assistance: 3 x 12-15 Back extensions, 3 x 15-20 hollow rocks

WOD 3 – in the evening… 10 minute AMRAP: 100 yard sled drag (130#) 10 burpees 100 yard sled drag (130#) 10 push jerk (135#)
