Heading to LA early tomorrow morning for the big show. I'm planning on posting video blogs after each day of competition so be on the lookout for those. Hoping for the best and looking forward to Sunday night... Lot's of pain between now and then.
What an incredible journey through the continent of Europe and an unrelenting sequence of grueling WODs through which you've earned your place at the 2010 Games. I am sure you will conquer all the tasks ahead of you in competition just as you have during the past year.
A little bird told me the first workout was going to be scaling a 400-year-old wall without ropes, followed by swimming upstream in a cold river, then running 400m with your cousin on your back, and then climbing an erupting volcano. So I think you might have a slight advantage.
Really I hope the hopper opens up in your favor and you demolish the competition. Good luck.
Good luck brother! Just keep pushing thru and NEVER quit!
