100 yd weighted lunge (100 lb)
200 yd run
100 yd burpee broad jump
200 yd run
100 yd bear crawl
200 yd run
100 yd overhead carry (100 lb)
It’s Christmas Eve so I’m not going to write much here other than I hope everyone has a very happy holiday. A few members of my family and I went to the beach this morning and did the above workout.
